So - the question is...How do you build more self-confidence?
1. First you have to know you insecurities - Where do you lack confidence?
Write down all insecurities...Then, TEAR THEM UP.
2. Talk about them with friends and family. Your insecurities don't make you a bad person.
3. No one is perfect. EVERYONE has insecurities.
4. Write down your accomplishments and successes.
5. Be Grateful for the talents you have.
6. Be Positive - EVEN when you are feeling down. Stop throwing yourself pity parties. Don't let anyone else put you down (if someone says something that puts you down walk away don't listen if you don't believe it then it doesn't put you down).
7. Accept Compliments
8. SMILE
9. Fake it till you make it - PRETEND to be confident and eventually you will feel that way.
10. What do you believe in? What do you stand for? What are your principles?
11. Help others.
12. Make a list of your talents
13. Find your Passion
14. Choose a role model
15. Take care of yourself! Eat healthy ! life healthy
16. Improve your posture
17. Be cool, calm, collected
18. Ask yourself - Why do your friends like you?
Write this down. ASK THEM.
19. Reward yourself when you reach your goals
20. Dress nicely (wearing pj's while you are working from home will not provide the same confidence as wearing nice pants with a nice shirt and do your hair and makeup)
21. Speak slowly. You have 2 ears and 1 mouth - listen TWICE as much as you talk.
22. Do something that you have been putting on the back burner.
Started painting the kitchen but didn't finish? FINISH IT.
23. Clear your desk!
24. Compliment other people (and MEAN IT)
25. Sit in the front.
At the Dr's office do not find the seat in the corner. In a classroom setting? Sit in the front. Where ever you are SIT in the front DO NOT find a seat in the corner.
Hope that Helps!!!
TO YOU AND YOUR SUCCESS!

Figuring out your Why and your Goals is not a one-time deal. You should revisit your why and goals often, that way it will help you to stay focused and motivated in order to achieve what you set out to do.
The first day of every month is a great time to figure out your goals for that month. Write them down!
Having weekly goals is also a great idea. For many the start of the week is Monday. So each Monday morning set out your goals for that week.
When you set small goals you'll be able to achieve them more quickly - and therefore will keep you motivated in order to reach your monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
What would you like to achieve before January?
What would you like to achieve in 2011?
Why wait until New Year's Day before thinking of the New Year?
Do you have any 5 year goals?
Keep this list of goals in a visible place - so that way each time you see them it will motivate you to get to it! Stick with it!
