How to Increase your Productivity

Friday, November 5, 2010

The best way to increase your productivity is not to get a better autoresponder, it's not a better website, it's not more training, it's not learning how to close your calls, it's not providing more service to your customers....

What is it?

KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR RESULTS

It has been proven in research that when you are keeping track of your numbers and stats this will actually increase productivity. It will also hold you accountable to the actions necessary to build your business.

So, first thing to do is to make a list of all the things you can keep track of.

How many advertisements you place?

How many responses?

How many hits to your website?

How many people did you call each day?

how many resulted in an appointment, or sale?

How many presentations did you do?

How many enrollments did you get?

And then, make a chart. Or even just get a piece of paper and write your numbers down.

Keep track of them for the day, the week, the month whatever works for your business. BUT it's crucial you have to LOOK BACK at those numbers at the end of that period and analyze how you did.

Once you see how you did, you can see where you need to improve. Then you will be able to make a plan and put it into action to make those improvements so that your following day, week or month is better.

Self Confidence

Tuesday, October 12, 2010

"One important key to success is
self-confidence. An important key to
self-confidence is preparation."
- Arthur Ashe

So - the question is...How do you build more self-confidence?

1. First you have to know you insecurities - Where do you lack confidence?
Write down all insecurities...Then, TEAR THEM UP.

2. Talk about them with friends and family. Your insecurities don't make you a bad person.

3. No one is perfect. EVERYONE has insecurities.

4. Write down your accomplishments and successes.

5. Be Grateful for the talents you have.

6. Be Positive - EVEN when you are feeling down. Stop throwing yourself pity parties. Don't let anyone else put you down (if someone says something that puts you down walk away don't listen if you don't believe it then it doesn't put you down).

7. Accept Compliments

8. SMILE

9. Fake it till you make it - PRETEND to be confident and eventually you will feel that way.

10. What do you believe in? What do you stand for? What are your principles?

11. Help others.

12. Make a list of your talents

13. Find your Passion

14. Choose a role model

15. Take care of yourself! Eat healthy ! life healthy

16. Improve your posture

17. Be cool, calm, collected

18. Ask yourself - Why do your friends like you?
Write this down. ASK THEM.

19. Reward yourself when you reach your goals

20. Dress nicely (wearing pj's while you are working from home will not provide the same confidence as wearing nice pants with a nice shirt and do your hair and makeup)

21. Speak slowly. You have 2 ears and 1 mouth - listen TWICE as much as you talk.

22. Do something that you have been putting on the back burner.
Started painting the kitchen but didn't finish? FINISH IT.

23. Clear your desk!

24. Compliment other people (and MEAN IT)

25. Sit in the front.
At the Dr's office do not find the seat in the corner. In a classroom setting? Sit in the front. Where ever you are SIT in the front DO NOT find a seat in the corner.

Hope that Helps!!!

TO YOU AND YOUR SUCCESS!

It's a new month, a new day - time to make your goals!

Friday, October 1, 2010

Figuring out your Why and your Goals is not a one-time deal. You should revisit your why and goals often, that way it will help you to stay focused and motivated in order to achieve what you set out to do.

The first day of every month is a great time to figure out your goals for that month. Write them down!

Having weekly goals is also a great idea. For many the start of the week is Monday. So each Monday morning set out your goals for that week.

When you set small goals you'll be able to achieve them more quickly - and therefore will keep you motivated in order to reach your monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.

What would you like to achieve before January?

What would you like to achieve in 2011?

Why wait until New Year's Day before thinking of the New Year?

Do you have any 5 year goals?

Keep this list of goals in a visible place - so that way each time you see them it will motivate you to get to it! Stick with it!

Start with Your Story

Thursday, September 2, 2010

When you are presenting your company to a potential client, customer or business partner you should start by telling your story.

Start by telling them a bit about you (if you don't know each other). How you found the company, when you joined, what made you most interested, what you like the best about it so far, what your favorite product is so far what it has allowed you to do.

Then introduce the company. When did they start? What is their credibility? What is their history? How about success? What is their mission?

You only need 5-10 minutes to set this up BEFORE you start talking about products or compensation plan. It makes it more personal, it shows WHY you decided to join.

and KEEP the HYPE OUT.

The Truth is enough!

Just because you are not a millionaire or it has taken you awhile to build your business doesn't mean you have a bad story.

If you have been a customer for 5 years and just working the business here and there then hey that says something! You've been a customer for 5 YEARS! That says something about the products right? And it says something about YOU. You have experience the company for awhile. You have used the products and enjoy them.

So you don't need to make a lot of money to have a good story :)

Handling Objections - Building a Business

Tuesday, August 10, 2010

Handling Objections is a part of the PROCESS TO SUCCESS. It's a part of business - any business. Just remember to put yourself in the other person's shoes so you can try to help answer their concerns or questions the best way that you can.

Objections are a fact of life.
People are naturally cautious when they are introduced to new concepts.
An objection is really just a request for more information.
All they are saying is "tell me more" or “I don’t understand”.

Don't be afraid when you get an objection.

Some people simply say "Well I'll think about it and let you know"
Often, they just don't want to say no to you. So give them permission to say no.

"Sometimes people say they want to think about it, but really they are not interested and it's ok if you're not interested. So if you're not interested it's ok to tell me"

If they say, No I'm not interested. Let them know. that's ok! I completely understand. Would you like me to touch base with you say in 6 months from now and see if anything has changed?

If they ARE interested and truly DO want to just think about it they will tell you WHAT they are thinking about! So see below they may give one of the reasons below...

Try using the Feel, Felt, Found

I understand how you FEEL, I FELT the same way when I first started, but I have FOUND that....

"This sounds like a pyramid scam"
I understand how you feel, I felt the same way when I first heard this presentation but I found that this is not any type of pyramid scam. A Pyramid scam is an illegal business practice. the company I work with is on the Better Business Bureau Hall of Fame and the Inc. 500 Hall of Fame."

"This sounds like MLM"
There are many reasons why this is not an MLM company...here are some of the most important differences...

#1. With MLM companies you are a distributor - so you sell the products and find others to distribute. We do not do this. There are no distributors We do not sell products.

#2. MLM companies have high prices for their products that are often not everyday products. We have very reasonable prices for everyday products.

#3. Many MLM require you to have inventory - With this you don't need inventory.

#4. MLM: Help others and lose out
Let's say that you enroll a real go-getter in a MLM program. You teach this person the business well. He/she uses that training and natural abilities to move ahead much faster than YOU move ahead. In various MLM programs you can actually permanently lose all benefit from having enrolled and helped that person.
(That is called a "breakaway"). With Our company we are PAID to help others and teach others what we were taught. there are no breakaways.

#5. Attrition
In MLM the percentage of people who drop out monthly is high - some as high as 88%. With our company the monthly drop out rate is phenomenally low - the company average is about 5%.

#6. COMPANY FINANCIAL STABILITY
Many MLM's have floundered because they did not have adequate capital to fund operations and growth. the company we work with has been consistently profitable and financially sound. History proves it.

"I'd like to talk to hubby first"
I completely understand, I did the same thing. but I found that I was the one that made the decision to build my business, my hubby didn't really care either way but said he would support me in whatever I decided to do.

Now as for the business side of things, I have found in my experience that when you have hubby's support, you are more confident, positive and have more success because hubby is just there 100%. So what I suggest is for him to see the presentation you saw, so it makes more sense to him.

I don't want to pay for shipping.
“We all pay shipping and handling for every product we purchase everywhere – it is just built into the cost of the product so we don‟t see it.”

Is this Amway?
“No, it‟s not. Are you familiar with Amway? It is a fine company. But the company I work with chose not to market products or structure a company like Amway‟s – we invented a new system called Consumer Direct Marketing

"I don't want to sell stuff"
- we don't sell products we simply refer customers to shop for better, safer products

"I don't have enough time" or "I'm Busy"
“I can appreciate that you feel you have no time. Many people feel they have lost control of their own life. That's the exact reason why you should look at this. So you CAN have more time for your friends & family."

Or

"Everyone is busy, but I am a firm believer that we all have enough time to do the things we REALLY want to do in life. I am building my business for my kids, so they are set for life and I can pay for their education and even will this business to them. So are you ready to make time and change your future?"

“May I ask you a question? What would it mean for your family to have control over your life and have the time to spend with your family?”

or

"What are you doing to change that?"

or

"I completely understand I feel the same way. But I've found that busy people tend to get things done. That's why I'd love to have you on my team."

"I don't know enough people"
- make contact list of everyone you know, you'd be surprised how many people you actually know
- advertise online
-advertise offline
- meet new people online
- meet new people in person

I hope you have found these notes helpful. If you have any particular objections or questions and would like some help feel free to email me amandadrover@gmail.com

Cheers to our Success!!!!!!

The 4 Aces: Certainty and your GOALS

The 4 Aces: Certainty & your Goals

So let's say you have a deck of cards. It's a normal deck like every other. It has 4 aces. If you turned over 10 cards but didn't find an Ace would you believe that there are still 4 aces in there?

How about if you turned over 25 cards and still NO ACE - do you still believe that there are 4 Aces??

If turning the cards meant it would eventually bring you financial freedom, all you had to do was find 4 Aces - would you give up?

What if you turned over 45 cards and still no ace - would you keep going?

You KNOW and you are CERTAIN there are 4 aces right??? So YEAH you would keep going.

Well - Are you CERTAIN your business can work? Has it worked for others? Are you doing what they did? Can you do what they did?

If the answer is YES - others have done it
YES I can do what they did
YES I have someone to show me how
YES I am willing to learn

Then you need to start turning the cards and keep going till you find your 4 Aces...NEVER give up.

Setting Appointments

Wednesday, July 21, 2010

CRITICAL ACTIVITY SETTING APPOINTMENTS

It takes guts to call someone on the telephone to invite them to learn more about your business, services or products, etc...BUT, They aren’t going to call you, so that leaves it up to you to call them.

You can be nervous about inviting potential customers or, you can think of this as “the fun activity.”

Remember that “no” often means “not yet” or “not now.” When one person turns you down, don’t let that discourage you from contacting others.

If you have a presentation or slideshow, or the purpose of the call is simply to invite them to a get together to learn more then:

There are 4 simple steps to making the Appointment:
1. Creating Urgency
2. Compliment
3. Approach
4. Confirm

1. Create Urgency
You want your call to last only 1–2 minutes maximum. Any longer and you may get drawn into making the presentation on the phone.

How do you create urgency?
By simply letting them know you don’t have much time, but you would love to show them more.

2. Sincerely Compliment
The second part of setting appointments is to compliment the person. It tells her why you’ve chosen to talk to her. It helps her feel good about herself and leaves her more open to what you have to say. When someone notices something special about you, doesn’t it make you more receptive to them?

Example: I wanted to call you because you are really smart and you'd be a great business partner.

Or, I wanted to call you because you have young kids and I know you're really concerned about their health.

Or, I wanted to call you because you are really driven and motivated and I think we would have a great time working together.

3. Approach
At this point you can insert whatever approach works best for you and the person with whom you’re speaking. There are many approaches you can use. Use the ones that work best for you.

Remember, the objective is to get the appointment, and nothing more.

Examples:
You look like you're into health and wellness....

Are you looking for safer products for you and your family?

ASK for the appointment:
Hey why don't we get together for a coffee and I can show you what we do?

I don't know if this would be a fit for you, but I would be glad to show you what I've been up to.

You seem like someone I would like to work with. I value your experience. I'd love to show you what I do and get your opinion.

Hey Michelle, I need your help. You may know that Ben and I have a wellness business. We are looking for 5 people that we can help to pay all of their bills with supplemental income. I'd love 45 minutes to show you what we do. It might be for you, if not I'm sure you have someone in mind we can help

I found an awesome way of shopping. I thought of you because _______________. I'd love to show you more about it.

I am looking for a business partner in the area to help expand my business. Do you know anyone who is looking to add to their existing income or even replace it?

I want to talk to you about a great business idea. It makes sense. There is no risk, and it is not MLM. I need 45 minutes to show you more.

Has anyone ever talked to you about _____________? It's a business you can start for ______ No selling products, no inventory, no risk and we can make some really good money together.

COLD MARKET
Hi, my name is Amanda Drover and (your name was passed to me, or I found your business card) I am looking to expand my team in your area. I see you do Avon so obviously you are an entrepeneur. I would love to show you what I do and see what you think.

4. Confirm
The last part of the conversation is to confirm the appointment. Give the person two or more options. “I’m free for lunch tomorrow, or we could get together Thursday or Friday morning for coffee. Which works best for you?” Once you have the appointment, thank the person, tell him or her you’re looking forward to it, and confirm the date and time once again.

Example:
" Hi, is Sarah home please?"

"This is Sarah"

"Hi Sarah this is Amanda Drover I was calling with the info you requested about Motivated Moms."

"Oh hi Amanda thanks for calling!"

"Sure thing! I was looking forward to talking with you because you seem like a positive person and I'd love to have you on our team! I only have a minute right now, but I was wondering when you would have about 30-45 minutes so I could give you more info and answer your questions. Is morning or evening better for you?"

"Actually evening is great for me"

"Ok great how about this evening around 8pm is that good for you?

"Yup that's perfect"

Awesome. So I am crossing that time off for you and I will call you tonight at 8pm so I can give you all the info you need. Do you have a pen & paper handy? (wait)

"yup I have one here"

I'll give you my phone number, it's ____________. Can you give me a call if something comes up or you need to reschedule?

"sure yeah no problem"

"great thanks so much Sarah! I look forward to chatting with you this evening, have a great day!"

"thanks you too Amanda"

"Thanks! Bye!"

If someone says "well can't you just explain now in like 2 minutes?"

well I only had a minute here right now I have an appointment coming up to call someone else, but I can call you this evening though and show you all the info you need and answer your questions (then just move on to book a time)

OR

No, it's better for you to be able to see the presentation in full. that way you're getting the same info everyone else had and you'll have all the info you need to decide if you'd like to join our team.

Voice mail message when calling leads:

Success

Monday, July 19, 2010

If you want to succeed - in whatever you are doing - then you must make a long term commitment to really change.

The majority of companies out there focus on the "quick fix" whether it be for weight loss, careers, success, money, home business, etc...

In order to have true success you need to figure out

1. WHY did you want to make this change?
2. WHY is this your goal?
3. What will motivate you to stick with it?
4. What have you done that has brought you to where you are today?
5. What do you want your life to be like in 5 years? (what would you like to change)

This change will not happen overnight. It will be gradual. Consitent.

Small Changes = Easy to Change = Long Term Goal

When you are making small changes - then it's easier to make those changes. If you continue to make small changes towards your goal then you'll be able to STAY at your goal.

This is not just about change for yourself - it's also about the change of those surrounding you. Your relationships with the people around you impact your SUCCESS or FAILURE.

When you have positive flow going from you to others and then back to you - then you have the ideal situation for support to be able to reach your goals.

WHAT NEXT?

1. Accept yourself. Have a look at what got you to where you are now and come to terms with it. What are your strengths? What are your skills and talents?

2. Have a look at those around you. Do they support you? Do they offer positive energy? It will be hard - but you may need to get rid of the negative nelly's. At least until you reach your goal. They will only put you down.

3. WHY do you want to change? What do you want to change?

4. What is your goal? (make sure it's realistic) and also give it a time frame. When do you want to reach your goal by?

5. How will it make you feel to reach your goal?

6. What will motivate you to stay on track?

I hope you find this helps you to reach your goals.

To your Success!

30 Second Commercial

Tuesday, July 13, 2010

Be ready when someone asks you "What do you do?"

Make a 30 second commercial for yourself. Write it down. Practice it. That way you're not fumbling for words trying to describe what you do.

The objective of your 30 second commercial is to have 15 to 30 seconds of information that informs someone with the following information:

* Who are you?
* Who is your company?
* What does your company do?
Power Question
* How can you help?
Power Statement

o Avoid using industry jargon unless it's absolutely necessary.
o Talk about benefits... "I help lawyers find ways to win more business from existing clients."

** No one likes to be sold - but they love to buy **

Have more than 1 version

- list 5 ways you can help them, and integrate that into your commercial

Power Question
* How do you know what to ask?

- What information do you want to get from them?
- Can I qualify my prospect from this question?
- Does it take more than 1 question to find the info?
- Does my question make them think?
- Does my question separate me from the competition?

Make a list of 10 power questions so you can see what you need.

Power Statement:
Makes your product or service outstanding, Buyable.

Call to Action:
The purpose - offer a solution to their need.
Closing line, statement or a question.
Maybe sending them to a website, or appointment for them to call you.
Or you to call them.

SPEAK slowly. SMILE.

Learn how to DELIVER your commercial.

Example:

Name: Hi my name is Amanda Drover. I'm a Team Leader with the Motivated Moms team. We're a team of moms who work with a Inc 500 company and help other moms learn more about safer, healthier products and how they can save money on everyday products. We also help families earn supplemental income.

Power Questions: Do you know anyone interested in health and wellness?
Do you know anyone looking to make supplemental income?
Do you have a plan B?
Are you interested in going green?

Remember - let them answer the question (or 2 questions) So you can see their NEED. (if there is a need)

Then you can show how you can help them.

So if someone answered to me:
Actually I'm looking for a way to make some extra money.

" I think we can help you then. (Call to Action) Let's get together so I can show you more about what we do. How about tomorrow night 8pm or thursday for lunch? What works best for you?"

If you make a 30 second commercial please feel free to share it in the comments section.

Throwing the Ball

Wednesday, June 2, 2010

It can be frustrating when you've shown someone your company or products and for some reason they just don't get it. Or they don't see what you see. It's also frustrating when people say they want to build a business but they aren't willing to learn how to do it, or actually do the activities necessary to build their business.

Here is how I think of it...

I don't know if you know much about American Football but I think of it like we are the quarterback. Our job is to throw the ball the best way we can. So make sure we explain the business and company, products the best way we know how. Learn how to do it better. It's their job to catch it. We can't help them catch it. All we can do is learn how to throw the ball in a good way to that person. If they can't hold up their hands to help themselves... there is nothing more we can do.

Your Contact List - The Lifebood of your Business

Sunday, May 30, 2010

If you have found something great that can truly help people - then you should be sharing it with everyone you know right?

It's not about bugging your friends and family. It's simply sharing what you have found. Some will be interested, some won't. And that's ok.

Warm Market Contact List
Your first assignment is to put together your contact list. This will be everyone you know, have met, care about, do business with, and especially know you can help.

Why start with your warm market?
Because these are the people YOU CARE about most - and who you should help to learn about safer products. Help them make extra money.

Because they trust you, so they will listen to what you have to say

Think of names to put under each subject:

RELATIVES
mother
father
daughter
son
Aunt
Brother
Cousin
Sister
Uncle
grandparents

FRIENDS

WEDDING GUEST LIST OR GUEST BOOK

OLD YEARBOOKS

ADDRESS BOOK (that you use for Christmas cards)

FACEBOOK FRIEND LIST

Accountant
Dentist
Lawyer
Optometrist
Pharmacist

Bank Teller
Carpenter
Chiropractor

Is my Barber/Hairdresser
Was my Best Man
Is my Former Boss

Sells Me Gasoline

DO NOT send a MASS EMAIL to your friends and family!

TAKE the time to talk with each one. See how things are going. See where you can help. Or simply ask them if they'd like to have a look at it and see what they think, or give you some suggestions on doing your presentation.

If someone says they are busy, not right now, that's ok. Ask again in 6 months or a year or 2. Perhaps things have changed down the road and they DO need your help or might be open to hearing about how they can make extra money.

Most importantly - have fun!

How can you Achieve Success?

No matter what business job, career you're in the following information is meant to help you find out What is going to MAKE YOU FOLLOW THROUGH and do what it takes to achieve success.

#1 WHAT IS SUCCESS?
Success changes, success is individual. For some people making $500/month is success. To others it's $10,000 a month.

So On paper, write down What is YOUR idea of YOUR OWN success?

WHAT IS YOUR GOAL?

#2. Let go of FEAR
In order to do what it takes to get done what you need to get done to reach your goal you NEED to let go of FEAR.

People who follow through and achieve success are MORE afraid of what's going to happen if they don't succeed than they are of failing.

READ THAT AGAIN.

People who follow through and achieve success are MORE afraid of what's going to happen if they don't succeed than they are of failing.

#3 Let go of PLAN B
When you make a plan B in your head - "Well if this doesn't work out then I'll get a job, or I'll do something else" you are SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR FAILURE.

STOP thinking of plan B - PLAN B assumes that you are going to fail Plan A!

#4 Stop building a business or doing what you're doing to prove something to anyone else. PROVE IT TO YOURSELF.

#5 DON'T SETTLE
If your goal is $5000/month don't stop at $2000/month STICK with your plan, REACH your goal.

#6 You don't need to achieve your goal to FEEL this power of following through. You just need to have PROGRESS.

#7 Are you in a MUST situation or a DESIRE situation?
Do you NEED To make more money, or do you WANT to make more money?

#8 RECOGNIZE WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU'RE CAPABLE OF

#9 condition your mind - do something every day to make yourself better - to move your business forward - then you'll get momentum and progress

#10 are you HUNGRY for success? If you're not - then get around people who are and you'll feel it.

It's just 1 step at a time.

When someone is CERTAIN that they can do something and get a result then you'll do it.

If it's a must for you - you gotta make it work.

POTENTIAL
What is the human potential?
Does Melaleuca have the potential to pay you what you need? or want? YUP that's proven
What do you think your potention is?

ACTION
The amount of potential you think you have will determine how much action you take.

RESULTS

BELIEF
Results will re-affirm their Belief in their potential

Usually it starts with you seeing your potential, taking action, getting your results, which then show you that YUP I was right BELIEF that I was right about my potential.

So what happens to people who don't get the results they want? What happens when people don't BELIEVE in their own potential?

Well if you don't believe, then you don't have much potential, then you don't DO much and don't get much for results. and THEN because your results sucked you don't believe in the business or yourself or the potential and it's a horrible downward spiral.

HOW DO YOU GET OUT OF YOUR RUT?

BELIEVE. Do you know for certain that you CAN achieve your goals with Melaleuca??

If you make your WHY and have a strong WHY and BELIEVE that we can give you the results you need what will happen?

Well, you'll have more belief, which will make you realize that you have more potential, then you'll take more action and get more results.

HIGHER results means progress and gives you MORE beliefe more potential, more action MORE results.

ANOTHER WAY TO GET PROGRESS

If you BELIEVE in your head the results are Going to happen for you NOW it will give you more belief and then you'll take more action.

Some people will put beliefs in your head.

For example: I KNOW I will have a beautiful home someday and a great car and I WILL BE debt free. There are people around me who are saying, Amanda no you won't, you're crazy just get a job like everyone else.

but to me it's inevitable that I WILL have those things.

5 Keys to Wealth & Happiness (Tony Robbins)

Tony Robbins: 5 Keys to Wealth and Happiness

1.Handle Frustration
2.Handle Rejection
3.Handle Financial Pressure
4.Handle comfort Zone
5.Always give more than you expect to receive

Key #1: You must learn how to master frustration

A negative attitude wipes out self-discipline. In order to succeed in life, it’s about getting massive frustration. The more frustration you get, the more successful you get to be. Use frustration to motivate you. The other side of frustration is success. So few people learn how to manage frustration. Learn to turn frustration into fascination.

"People who fail to achieve their goals usually get stopped by frustration. They allow frustration to keep them from taking the necessary actions that would support them in achieving their desire. You get through this roadblock by plowing through frustration, taking each setback as feedback you can learn from, and pushing ahead. I doubt you'll find many successful people who have not experienced this. All successful people learn that success is buried on the other side of frustration."

If something isn't working - change your strategy.

"Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach."

Sylvester Stalone was turned down by 1000 agents! But he just kept working, and changed his strategy.

"We can change our lives. We can do, have, and be exactly what we wish."

"Put yourself in a state of mind
where you say to yourself, "Here is an opportunity for me to celebrate like never before, my own power, my own ability to get myself to do whatever is necessary."

"The path to success is to take massive, determined action."

Key #2: You must learn how to manage rejection.

The key to success is receiving massive amounts of rejection. It’s part of the numbers game. Developing rapport can decrease the number of rejections. Until you learn to thrive on rejection, you won’t experience the level of success you could. The law of averages is if you do it enough, you’re going to develop an average rate of success. How many no’s does it take to get a yes? Superstars handle frustration and rejection.

Key #3: You must learn how to handle financial pressure.

Learn to manage the money that you have. Money becomes a tool for you instead of you being the tool of money. It’s not working hard that makes the difference. You got to change what’s in your head. Focus on not what you can get, but on what you can give.

In the book “The Richest Man in Babylon” by George Clason:
(a) take 10% of your money and immediately give it away
a. your unconscious believes there is more than enough
(b) take 10% and use it to reduce your debts
(c) take 10% and use it to invest, or save it to invest
The remaining 70% is to live on.

"It is not what we get. But who we become, what we contribute... that gives meaning to our lives."

Key #4: You must learn how to handle or manage complacency.

This is a real killer - comfort zone gets involved. It sets in when you learn how to manage frustration, rejection, financial pressure. The only way you become happy is not what you get, it’s who you become.

Here’s the solution:
1. learn to judge yourself by your goals and not by your peers
2. pay careful attention to who you associate with

Key #5: Always give much more than you expect to receive.

This is the formula for wealth and happiness.

The secret to living is giving.

About Me

Thursday, May 6, 2010

Hi, and welcome to my blog.

My name is Amanda Drover. I am a stay at home mom of 2 kids under the age of 4. I have a great boyfriend who is also an outstanding Father and best friend. My kids are the light of my life and they are the reason why I started my home business almost 2 and a half years ago. I have replaced the income that I used to make working full time at other jobs AND I get to be home with my kids, be my own boss, work when I want to work AND help other people do the same. Best job in the world :)

I like to look on the positive side of things, the glass is always half-full not half-empty. If you think the same way then send me an email or IM I'd love to hear from ya and have a great conversation.

My email is amandadrover@live.com

My Yahoo Messenger is MotivatedMom29

I'll be sharing lots of helpful information on here for others who have a home business and would love to hear feedback, questions, or suggestions.

Have a fantastic day!

Amanda
